This policy explains what information Muse Facktory (“we,” “us”) collects when you order Synth Wave, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Order and contact details — your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and shipping address.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For crypto payments we record the paying wallet address and the on-chain transaction, which are public by nature.
- Order records — the items you ordered, amounts, edition numbers, and status.
- Basic technical data — your browser stores a theme preference and, for the private admin dashboard only, a session key. The public storefront sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To take payment, produce your print, ship it, and support your order.
- To send you order confirmations and shipping updates by email.
- To operate the digital edition claim tied to your print.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to fulfill your order:
- Stripe — card payment processing.
- Resend — sending order and shipping emails.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your print.
- Our hosting and database providers — to run the site and store order records securely.
- Blockchain infrastructure (e.g. Alchemy) — to verify crypto payments. Note that on-chain transactions are inherently public.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain by law. Email info@musefacktory.com and we will respond.
