Every print is made to order after the edition window closes, and each one is signed and numbered by hand. For that reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, and orders cannot be canceled once placed. This applies to both unframed and framed prints, and to payments made by card or by crypto. Crypto payments in particular are irreversible and cannot be refunded.
If your print arrives damaged in transit, contact us at info@musefacktory.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. Once we confirm the damage, we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. This is a replacement of the same edition, not a refund.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to reship your order. Please allow for the full production and delivery estimates before an order is considered lost.
