These terms govern your purchase of Synth Wave and any other work offered by Muse Facktory and the artist Alpha Centauri Kid (“ACK,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Synth Wave is a 48-hour timed edition ChromaSculpt master print. Ordering is open only during the stated 48-hour window. When the window closes, ordering closes permanently and the final edition size is fixed at the number of prints ordered during the window. No further prints of this edition will be produced.
Each print is hand-embossed, signed, and numbered. Edition numbers are assigned at random and/or at the artist’s sole discretion and do not necessarily correspond to the order in which purchases were made.
The price is $1,999 for an unframed print and $2,399 framed, in US dollars. We accept payment by credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) and by cryptocurrency (ETH or USDC on the Ethereum network). We do not accept any other payment method.
Crypto payments are quoted in USD and converted to ETH or USDC at the exchange rate shown at the time of the order. The order is confirmed only after the payment is verified — on Stripe for card payments, or on-chain for crypto. You are responsible for network (gas) fees on crypto payments.
Each physical print ships with a unique claim code. After you receive and open your print, you may enter the code on our site to claim the matching digital edition of the work. The claim code is tied to your specific print; keep it secure, as we cannot distinguish between people who possess it. A claim code can be redeemed once.
Prints are made to order after the edition window closes. Typical production and delivery time is 6–10 weeks for a print and 10–12 weeks for a framed print. These are estimates, not guarantees.
We ship worldwide with signed delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. International orders ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid): any import VAT, customs duties, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are billed by the carrier, separate from the price you pay us.
Because each print is made to order and individually signed and numbered, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy.
All copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the artwork, including the physical print and its digital edition, remain with the artist. Your purchase is of a single copy for personal enjoyment; it does not transfer any reproduction, commercial, or licensing rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
